Wonton is known by different names in different countries.Wonto and soup is a combination of these two different foods to make wonton soup.  Known by different names in different countries, some are known as momo in some countries.   Wonton is famous in almost every country in Asia, except for Asia, wonton is famous in almost every country in the world.Wonton is very tasty and healthy food.  Many healthy ingredients are used in wonton.  Wonton uses very little spice.  There are different types of wontons such as vegetable wonton, chicken wonton, shrimp wonton, beef wonton etc.Since there are no harmful ingredients in wonton, wonton is a very healthy food. Wonton is very good for the body.We know that soup is a very tasty dish that we all love.Soups provides a lot of energy and nutrients. If you have a cold, the body feels good by eating the soup and the cold gets better very quickly. Chicken noodle soup contains vitamins and nutrients which are very beneficial for our body.Soup is an infection-fighting food. Helps prevent eye diseases. Soup helps to cure various diseases. Chicken Noodle Soup is an ancient nutritious chicken soupChicken noodle soup contains protein vitamins minerals antioxidants.Although the wonton soup is very tasty, there are some methods of cooking wonton soup, if you follow those methods, you can cook very tasty and healthy wonton  soup.Wonton soup is a rich and light dish. My favorite food is wonton soup.  You can cook this wonton soup for yourself or your family. Wonton soup can be eaten anytime for lunch or dinner.Wonton soup takes very little time to cook. I use a variety of vegetables in wonton soup.  You can omit the vegetables if you want.

 

 

Ingredients for making Momo Sheet:


★flour – 2 cups.

★hot water. 

★Salt according to the taste. 



How to make Momo Sheet:


Now we will make momo sheets. To make momo sheets we will first take a bowl. We will take two cups of flour in the bowl. We will add salt to taste in the flour. Now we will use hot water to make dough. Using hot water will soften the dough. If we use cold water here, the dough will become stiff. I will make a very nice dough and knead the dough for five to ten minutes with light hand to make a very good dough Then leave the dough on one side to rest for 45 minutes.After 45 minutes, we knead again with light hands, then cut it into small pieces and gently sand the pieces into round shapes.We will sand those pieces very thin. It is good to eat momo or wonton if you take it thinly.This is our momo sheet.




 


Wonton cooking ingredients:


★Chicken  – 300 gm.

★Carrots  –½ cup.

★Cabbage  – ½ cup.

★Broccoli – ½ cup.

★Onion – 2. 

★Raw Pepper – 2.

★ Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon. 

 ★Soy Sauce –1 teaspoon. 

★Garlic   – 2 tablespoons. 

★Butter 2 tablespoons. 

★Salt to taste.



Wonton cooking method:

 


First, mash 300 grams of chicken meat.  I will chop the onion between the chickens. Add raw chillies, chopped carrots, chopped cabbage, black pepper, soy sauce and salt to taste and mix well.  Put 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. When the butter melts, I will add chopped garlic in it. Fry the garlic a little and add the batter to the chicken and mix well again.Then I will take Momo Sheet.If you want, you can buy Momo sheets  from the market. But I think home made momo seats are healthier than market bought momo sheets. I will give the fillings of the wonton in the wonton sheet. Then I will have a nice shape.   Make our wonton.

 



Ingredients for making wonton soup:


★wonton.

★ginger.

★ green onions. 

★mushroom.

★soy sauce।

★  salt.

★ garlic powder. 

 ★spinach

★Chicken. 

How to cook wonton soup:


First take a pan. I will take water in the pan. Then I will boil the wontons in water.  When the wontons are cooked, remove the wontons. I will give 2 ginger slices the same water.Boil ginger for a while.  I will take the chicken meat in another bowl and then put coneflower soy sauce, garlic paste and salt in it and keep it for a while and then boil the chicken in water for a while.After boiling the chicken in water for a while, add chopped mushrooms and spinach.After cooking for a while, I will add the boiled wonton in it. Our wonton soup is cooked.
