We all eat more or less. It is very rare to find people who do not eat or know salad. Almost all of us like Salat, it is very difficult to find people who do not pray or have never prayed in their life. Everyone has prayed at least once or twice .Salad is very beneficial for our body. Because salads contain all kinds of green vegetables and fruits, we know that vegetables and fruits provide nutrients to our bodies. We know that vegetables and fruits contain minerals and vitamins, which are very good for our body. Many of us use vegetables along with vegetables in Salat. Green vegetable salad helps us lose weight. Many of us are dieting. If we eat salad while dieting, our body is very good and the body has nutrients. Green vegetables help a lot in weight loss and suppress hunger. Eating green salad takes less food but provides nutrients to the body. Salad has more nutrients because the vegetables in the salad are in raw form and when we eat the vegetables in raw form, they contain more nutrients. Eating salad before meals is a good reason. Eating salad fills the stomach a little, so you can eat less other food. There are different types, some eat vegetable salad, and some eat fruit salad. Many things can be added to salads.  Vegetables, fruits, eggs, chicken, shrimp, fish, beef etc. But if someone has a problem with high blood pressure, then it is better not to use beef and prawns in his salad because it may harm him . Green Salad is good for elderly people as it will not harm them and will not cause nutritional deficiency. By saying that it is good and healthy for the body, we will not eat too much salad because of this we may harm the body. Everything has its measure and eating. Salat from outside or from the store is not very good for our health because there is no healthy way to prepare salat. Cooking materials :


1. Carrot  –½ cup.

2.Cucumber –½ cup.

3. Onion  –2 Medium. 

4.Chili – 1 tablespoon. 

5.Powder Black Pepper –1 tablespoon. 

6.Muniz Sour –1 cup.

7.Yogurt ½ cup.

8.Chicken –3 cups.

9.Lettuce leaves

10.butter/ oil/olive oil –1 tablespoon. 

11.shrimp fish 

12.egg– 2.

13. Salt as a test. 

14 nuts.


 cooking methods:

 First, I will take the chicken meat, put red pepper salt and pepper powder and egg in it and leave it for some time. Add one tablespoon of butter oil or olive oil in a pan, then add the chicken meat to the pan and continue to fry the meat when it turns red.In a bowl we will take some prawn fish and mix it well with chili powder, red chilli powder, salt and fry it and add it to the salad. Now take a ball and mix it well with mayonnaise and sour curd and add pepper powder and mix it well and add chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped cucumber, lettuce, almonds. Then I will add the chicken meat and shrimps and mix it well, add lemon juice and salt according to taste and then mix it well.  Now our delicious Healthy chicken salad  recipe in easy way
