Ingredients for cooking semolina pudding:
★Custard powder –2 teaspoons.
★milk –700 gm.
★ half cup of sugar.
★ a pinch of salt.
★ half cup of semolina.
Cooking method :
First, I will put a pan in the oven, when the pan is hot, put a cup of sugar in it.We will increase the heat of the stove and keep the pan on the stove and the sugar will melt slowly, when the sugar starts to melt, then we will keep stirring. While stirring, the sugar will burn and the red color will come and then the caramel will be made. Once the caramel is made, we will push it into a pan which will make the pudding. I will mix 2 teaspoons of custard powder with 5 teaspoons of water in a bowl and put another pot on the stove and add 700 grams of drinking milk in it.When the milk becomes warm, I will add half a cup of semolina in it.Milk should be stirred while giving semolina. If the milk is not stirred while adding the semolina then the milk will coagulate and the pudding will not be good. Then mix the custard powder into the milk. After mixing the custard powder, add a pinch of salt. After adding salt, I will continue to stir and add half a cup of sugar to the milk with the cup with which I have measured the semolina.
I will cook it for a while with sugar until the sugar melts. After the sugar melts, we will pour the mixture on the foot in which we will make the pudding and close the mouth of the foot. Put another pan on the stove and put water in it. I will put a stand on top of the water and put that foot on it, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes. Then prepare our semolina pudding.Our Semolina pudding is ready after 20 minutes.
