Ingredients:

★ Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup.

★ Minced garlic – 1 tsp.

★ Chicken stock.

★Chicken – 300 grams. 

★Carrot – 1 cup.

★sweet corn–½ cup.

★ capsicum –1 cup.

★ black paper –1 tablespoon.

★Chopped onion greens 1/2 cup.

★oil/Butter –2 tablespoon. 

★Noodles –1 packet. 

★Salt according to the test.

★Broccoli –½ cup.

★Cornflower –2 tablespoons. 

★Soy Sauce –1 teaspoon. 

★Tomato Sauce –2 tablespoons. 

★green chilli –2 tablespoons. 

★ testey salt –1 teaspoon. 

★egg –1. 






Ingredients for Chicken Stock:

★chicken –400 gm.

★Ginger garlic paste –1 tablespoon. 

★salt according to the test.

★water – 2 liter.




Chicken Stock Recipe:


First I will take  400 gm  chicken meat with bones.After that, I will chop the meat with the stock. After that, I will put the minced meat in a pan and put ginger and garlic batter on it. I will put 200 liters of water on it. Then increase the heat of the stove and cook for 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Reduce 200 liters of water to 100 liters after cooking. Then prepare our chicken stock

        Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe:


I will put a pan on the stove and put water, salt and some oil in the pan. When the water boils, I will put a packet of noodles in itThen I will boil the noodles to 90%.When the noodles are 90% cooked, drain the noodles and keep them aside and wash them with cold waterWash the noodles with cold water and keep aside.I take a pan. Place the pan on the stove and put two tablespoons of oil in the pan. Instead of oil you can add butter if you want. When the oil/butter gets a little hot, add garlic cloves in it.  Then fry the garlic clove very well in oil.Then fry the garlic on top of the panchkoshi and then fry the onion very well. When the onions become soft, add theCarrot Sweet Corn Capsicum Broccoli.Carrot Sweet Con Capsicum Broccoli Saute the vegetables very well and soften the sauteed vegetables.Add soy sauce and tomato sauce to the fried vegetables.  After adding soy sauce and tomato sauce, I will cook the vegetables for a while.Then add salt to taste in the vegetables. The salt should be given a little because there is salt in the sauce.I will put eggs and meat pieces in it, then I will add pepper powder on top and continue to fry lightly.Now I will give half a teaspoon of chopped onions.Top it with seasoning salt and green chillies then top it with chicken stock.After adding the chicken stock, I will cook it for a while by turning the heat of the stove to medium.  adding the chicken stock, if the soup thickens, we will add the coneflower.Mix two tablespoons of cone flower with four tablespoons of water and give it to the soup to thicken the soup.When the soup thickens, we will add the boiled noodles on the side.After adding the noodles, cook the soup for two minute.Next is our delicious Chicken Noodle Soup.Believe me, after cooking chicken noodle soup in this way, you will never forget it is so delicious.
